This is Origen, Instinct.
A path to reclaim your emotional sovereignty — as in the capacity to choose how to show up in any given situation, true freedom.
A framework born not from theory, but from lived experience, from the deep, raw work of transforming emotional overwhelm into behavioral freedom.
This is not coaching.
This is not mentorship.
This is not a method to fix you. Because you are not broken. This is a playbook — a personal one, written in the language of wounds, awakenings, and choice.
It is not the truth. It is a truth.
One that may help you find your own.
A guide for remembering how to sit within, feel, act, speak, move and choose from a place unbound by trauma, story, or expectation.
A manual for those who know there is another way.
In Origen, Instinct you will not be given answers.
You will be invited to question the questions.
You will learn to identify the moment where a belief was born — not to erase it, but to thank it, and then choose differently.
We do not speak of “limiting beliefs” here. We speak of obsolete ones. Not wrong, not bad — just outdated. Ready to be released once the trapped emotion is freed.
This is a journey of behavioral autonomy. Where your reactions stop being inherited and become conscious responses. Where you reclaim the right to choose, again and again.
